RE/MAX Europe
The Background
Number One in the world, RE/MAX is the fastest growing real estate franchising network in Europe. The global RE/MAX real estate franchising system currently operates in 71 countries and has more than 7,000 independently owned offices with over 102,000 sales associates globally. With over 10,300 sales associates in more than 1,600 independently owned and operated offices across 36 countries, RE/MAX Europe required a large comprehensive Real-Estate Management system to manage their diverse operations.
The Challenge
RE/MAX Europe needed a robust, multi-lingual Real-Estate Management system that would easily scale as they rapidly grew the number of offices supported and expanded their reach in new countries across Europe. The solution had to be able to provide employees with the necessary administrative, sales and marketing, operational and recruitment tools to optimize productivity, manage performance and maximize growth at the regional, local office and agent levels.
The Solution
GryphTech developed a series of web-based tools and applications that allow RE/MAX Europe to oversee their entire inventory of listings with easy-to-use buyer and property matching, marketing and referral and contact Management tools. The solution includes office and agent management tools allowing RE/MAX Europe to manage their business and unit goal setting, performance measurement, recruitment and reporting, as well as a comprehensive billing system for offices, regions and franchisors. The multilingual, multi-purpose platform currently fuels regional level websites for over 44 regions across Europe and allows employees and consumers to enter, access and consume content in over 32 different languages.
