The project was a combined effort between RE/MAX Switzerland and GryphTech and has been received with a great deal of praise. Brazil – June 2011
More training – More training – More Training In an on-going effort to increase knowledge and implementation of its products in Brazil, GryphTech coordinated with RE/MAX Brazil to hold another week of training for the key staff from the regions. The session included a full overview of products and more advanced usage of regional level tools like Frames. The training was a huge success and will help the iConnect platform gain further traction in one of the fastest growing regions of RE/MAX. |

RE/MAX Portugal Annual Convention – May 2011
GryphTech participates in RE/MAX Portugal’s Annual Convention In great RE/MAX Portugal tradition, their annual convention was a great success! Featuring Tom Ferry as the key speaker, the 1,500+ participants spent 4 days in information filled sessions led by Tom and covered all topics regarding how to be successful. Carlos Matias was honoured to join Tom Ferry on stage to educate the participants on how to leverage personal websites as a key component to their overall online strategy.
GryphTech also participated as an exhibitor at the convention’s marketplace and had the opportunity to receive direct feedback from many of the convention’s participants. |

Malta – May 2011
RE/MAX Europe Regional Director’s Meeting. GryphTech participates in the RE/MAX Europe Regional Director’s Meeting in Malta. It was another successful meeting that focused on strategic direction, best practices and goal setting. Part of the meeting included discussions around technology and specifically regarding SEO strategies and how to leverage the iConnect platform to achieve great results. |

Germany, Switzerland and Italy - April 2011
GryphTech European Product Tour – GryphTech gathers direct feedback from users. A small contingent from GryphTech did a tour of three key regions in Europe to meet with regional staff and broker owners. The tour started in Wiesbaden, Germany with a meeting with a group of experienced and new Brokers. The discussion was focused around their feedback of how they are using the existing products and what features are important to them in future updates. GryphTech was also present at the regional convention and participated with a booth at the vendor marketplace. (see attached photo)
The tour continued in Lucerne, Switzerland with a select group of brokers from Switzerland. A similar round of feedback and discussions was held regarding the current use of the iConnect platform and the priority of future updates. GryphTech’s staff also visited a local office in Interlaken and got further direct feedback from their sales associates there.
After a short train ride to Milan, a very productive meeting of experienced brokers from Italy was held to get their feedback. It was a great session and many topics were covered which will be used for the prioritization of further product updates. |
