New Customer Support Website

We recently released a new support website to better serve our client's needs. Found at http://support.gryphtech.com, the site provides product-related support that includes FAQs, demonstration videos, and monthly tips. It covers the range of GryphTech products, including the RE/MAX Europe Suite, Frames, and Slingshot. Through the use of this website, GryphTech hopes to improve client communications while providing a primary resource where you can look for answers before asking us directly. Loss Prevention Tool

GryphTech recently developed a tool that can be used across a broad spectrum of industries searching for ways to minimize merchandise theft. This tool enables employees and managers to sign onto a site where they can complete short tests aimed at enhancing their understanding of company policies regarding merchandise control. Loss prevention is a growing concern for many businesses, as inventory losses result in decreased revenues, expensive investigations, and much time spent filing police reports.

The sign-in tool developed by GryphTech was built around a database of usernames and passwords, each of which determines the level of access the user has to the site, as well as their department. The flexibility of the application allows many users to be signed on simultaneously, making it ideal for large organizations. The test scores are recorded individually and by department; high scores result in rewards at both the employee and manager level. CE Essentials Partnership

GryphTech's Design Department has been hard at work creating several websites for CE Essentials, a division of Agro Health Associates. Intended as a continuing education site for pharmacists, each website describes a particular medical condition, covering symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, and more. Tests have alse been implemented, allowing users to test their knowledge of the disease covered. The system tracks test scores and indicates when a user can print a certificate indicating a passing grade.
