ATI TechnologiesSAMPLES, PCB, LEGAL, and several other systems
ATI Technologies is the world's largest supplier of 3D graphics and multimedia technology. They design, manufacture and market innovative and award-winning multimedia solutions and graphics components for personal computers.
Replace a number of poorly functioning Lotus Notes applications. GryphTech has developed almost a dozen applications for ATI. Some of the highlights are:
• SAMPLES: An Extranet used for tracking the entire process of ordering, manufacturing and shipping sample PC Boards and Chips to ATI's client base around the world.
• PCB: Printed Circuit Board design tracking system. A browser based solution for tracking the many PCB designs making their way through the multiple stages during development. The system creates automatic e-mails, letting crucial staff know that items are awaiting their sign-off. Extensive management reporting allows for instant status reporting for any authorized person in the organization.
• LEGAL: A system for the creation, storage and retrieval of multiple non-disclosure agreements. Managed by the ATI Legal department, this application made it possible to create and print appropriate legal documents anywhere in the world at any time.
Working with a diverse group of internal organizations at ATI, GryphTech developed a range of Intranet and Extranet solutions. While creating these solutions, we were mentoring ATI staff to ensure that knowledge transfer would take place so that ATI could maintain and enhance these systems going forward.
These applications have been successful and long-lived. Most of the applications have continued to be enhanced and modified over several years (sometimes internally at ATI and sometimes by GryphTech) to ensure that the applications continue to meet ATI's needs.
