The Integra Group owns a number of RE/MAX Regional Franchises: Ontario, the Atlantic provinces of Canada, New England, Indiana, and most of Europe.
 The Integra Group was using a collection of outdated and incompatible systems to track franchises, offices, agents, and invoices for their regions. Some processes were carried out manually and some data collected in one application had to be re-keyed into other applications. There was also valuable marketing data that could not be extracted from the existing systems.
GryphTech worked with the Integra Group to develop a system that would capture, organize and automate tracking and billing of the franchises, offices and agents in all of their regions. The system was developed using Internet technologies to provide an online data input and reporting system.
 The automation of data input and reporting has increased the timeliness and accuracy of data while at the same time decreasing the effort required to gather and compile the information on a monthly basis. The bottom line is that each of these regions has better data, more useful reports and an estimated one-third reduction in office staff workload.
